Founder
Architect Marlen Gamez Bracamontes
It is an honor to introduce myself. My name is Marlen Gámez Bracamontes. I was born on September 7, 1991, in Hermosillo, Sonora.
From a very young age, I grew up in Guerrero Negro, Baja California Sur, where my father, a civil engineer and professor, inspired my interest in architecture by allowing me to accompany him in his academic work.
In 2009, I entered the University of Sonora, where I studied Architecture, completing five years of education through academic studies, professional practice, and community service. After graduating, I began my professional career in the construction industry, eventually leading teams in one of the most important companies in Sonora.
Later, I moved to the United States, an experience that transformed both my personal and professional perspective. In 2019, I founded MGB Residential Builder Consultant LLC, with the commitment to contribute to the development of the Phoenix community through architecture and construction.
Philosophy
Soulful architecture is not measured in square feet, but in vibrations. It is the art of creating spaces that are not only lived in, but truly felt.
Every line in a blueprint carries intention. Every door represents a flow of energy. Every window is an invitation to light. It is not only about building walls, but about creating places that connect with the soul of those who live in them.
Building from the soul means remembering that spaces also have a heartbeat: they can heal, elevate, support, and transform. That is why true architecture is not born from ego, but from the meeting point between technique and spirit.
For me, designing is a conscious and sacred act. It means listening before drawing, feeling before planning, and allowing the land, the light, and each person’s story to guide the process.
I do not seek perfect works; I seek living works. Spaces that breathe, inspire, and support the lives of those who inhabit them.
That is my architecture: sensitive, conscious, and deeply human.
